Owner submits the Notice of Application (Form 22)

Step 2

業主需要連續3天到欠租單位張貼通知

Owner posts the Notice to Persons in Actual Possession/ Occupation of the premise for 3 consecutive days

Step 3

業主在土地審裁處宣誓

Owner declares at Lands Tribunal

Step 4

土地審裁處向租客發出通知書。租客可在14天內提交反對申請收樓書。

Lands Tribunal sends the Notice of Application to the tenant. Tenant must submit Notice of Opposition within 14 days in case of opposition.

Step 5

如租客沒有提交反對申請收樓書,業主便可申請得令。

If no opposition was made, owner can apply for a judgement to be entered in his/her favour.

Step 6

申請收樓令

Owner applies for repossession order

Step 7

申請執達主任

Owner applies for bailiff

Step 8

正式收回物業
